The Spiritual Development Centre is for everyone seeking spiritual growth. It is a place for all who are seeking their path to both spiritual and mental well-being, harmony and a possibility for enlightenment. The Centre is a community where adults and children are given the opportunity to develope their spiritual abilities without being constrained, molested or bullied. Everyone is given a chance to find his/her own potential and to develop accordingly. 

The Spiritual Development centre is for all who are willing to question and give up his/her thinking, emotional and behavioural patterns over and over again until (s)he reaches a stete of being where these patterns are no longer needed. As a result the individual is capable of creating his/her own reality exactly what (s)he wishes it to be. An individual of this kind is able to channel energies of Oneness (universal energy) into his/her soul-level. In other words (s)he is in perfect balance with him-/herself and all other energy. (S)he is one with Oneness (enlightened).

Anyone can come to the centre for few hours or for years. During the time (s)he is spending in the Centre (s)he is commited to a spiritual path to create his/her own reality. In practise this means a commitment of giving up all the thinking, emotional and behavioural patterns that are absorbed from outside the individual. (S)he frees him-/herself of everything that is not beneficial for his/her well-being. The process of giving up continues until the person is capable of creating his/her own reality. Personal comprehension and experience is the basis of the evolvement process. The Centre emphasizes the importance of personal cognition and experience and supports the process as much as possible. In practise this means that no converting in the name of any dogma nor authority is done. What is most desirable is the expression one's own opinion. Everything that stems from one's own thinking and experience is invited into general discussion.

The Principles of Operation

Respecting all

 
Respecting the universe is an important part of living in the Spiritual Development Centre. It signifies respecting the characteristics and opinions of oneself and others. De facto this means the right to exist as who you are. The habitant of the Centre strives to enhance his own well-being as well as the well-being of others to his/her best ability.

All actions that generate well-being for oneself as well as for others are welcome. The actions, thoughts and emotions of every individual are part of privacy of each person. Those are to be presented publicly only with the deepest respect for oneself and others.

There are inhabitants as well as guests in the centre. When one is able to conduct the principle of respecting all, (s)he is able to stay in the centre as an inhabitant. Before that (s)he is a guest. However every person aims at following the principle of respecting all. In addition to respectful behaviour this means respecting the characteristics and opinions of all. Both the inhabitants and the guests contribute to keep the Centre operational.

Sef-sufficiency

 
The Spiritual Development Centre aims to be as self-sufficient as possible. Therefore it is located somewhere where it is possible to harvest many crops a year. Education and child care is also provided by the Centre. The education from early childhood level to adult level is of high quality. The emphasis in the education is in the importance of personal cognition and experience. In addition to an extensive general knowledge the student is given a broad spiritual education. The students study how to use their extra sencory perseption, energy transformation and a variety of self healing, healing and meditation methods.

The aim is that all construction and maintenance tasks are carried out by the habitansts/visitors of the Centre. The centre also produses it's own energy using renewable resourses and methods that produce as little pollution as possible, eg. solar or wind energy. For this reason the Centre needs to be situated in a location where the possibility to use many kinds of natural resources for energy production is as vast as possible.

The intention of the centre is to provide all other products and services by the inhabitants. This ensures full-employment of the inhabitants and everyone's abilities are utilised. This also goes together with the principle of respect, because everyone contributes according to their own abilities and skills.

Sustainable development and ecology

 
The energy used by the centre is produced respecting the nature as much as possible considering the resources of the Centre. All new investments made are emphasized on increasing and maintaining sustainable development and ecology.

Food production, transportation and building respect ecological principle.

All activities in the Centre are most natural and consume natural resorces as little as possible. The Centre seeks to find a balance between human, health and ecology. The Centre is a place for well-being. Therefore all procedures harming people's spiritual or physical well-being have to be corrected to ensure the well-being of the people.

There is a need for all kind of know-how

 
The Centre of Spiritual Development needs all the people who have something to offer. And everyone has some ability or other resource. Every individual contributes to the activities of the centre according to their best abilities and health. Because the Centre depends on the efforts of the inhabitants and guests, each inhabitant and guest needs to comprehend the importance of their own input for the well-being of themselves and others.

Location

 
The centre is situated in a location where the circumstances are optimal to harvest many crops per year.
It is also important that the inhabitants and guests can easily access the Centre. The tranportation should be as ecological and sustainable as possible.
Also when considering the loacation it is important that the need to heat is low and the construction materials can be obtained as near as possible.

Finance

 
The finance for the centre can be obtained from the inhabitants, guests or through fundraising in the form of different kinds of events and also through donations. Also lending is an option, but it should be avoided according to the principle of self-sufficiency. 
Different kinds of businesses can be established in the centre of which all or a part of benefits the centre. Healing, courses of well-being, the schools and holidays of well-beingway are certainly a good way to finance the operations of the centre. Other kind of Businesses could be for example vegetarian restaurant(s), cafeteria, selling agricultural products of the centre, handcraft, art. The centre aims to give all the available support for starting up these businesses. All the businesses can be funded by business angels or other kinds of investors as long as the it is in harmony with the goals of the centre.
Every inhabitant and guest compansates his/her stay with money, work or with a combination of these.
